You are AMAZING! You deserve to be loved. You deserve to be happy. You deserve nothing but the best of people surrounding you at all times. Know that when people treat you badly, it’s because there are issues within themselves that need to be fixed and they’re just taking it out on you until they get their shit together. Smile in their face and kill them with kindness always. It can be hard to do this but know that it’ll do you good and maybe them too.
Do nice things for yourself. Go outside more often. Go to the beach and sit by the ocean and let the magic happen to your soul. Start doing things that you’ve always wanted to do, even if it means doing these things by yourself. If you’re a loner type? Who cares? Guess what? By doing all the things you love, no matter how strange, goofy, weird others may think they are, you will end up meeting people who love the same things that you do. Usually it’s people you meet doing what you love who are the most worthy of being in your presence. Those are the greatest kinds of friends.
If you have any talents, please don’t let them go to waste! The world needs to see what you can do. If you enjoy doing something but you’re not that great at it, the world STILL needs to see what you can do. You’ll be setting a good example to others by showing them the importance of having fun and doing the things they enjoy no matter what. Never give up on your dreams. Work hard until you are where you want to be and allow no one to discourage you.
Be a good person as often as you can (hey, we all have our bad person moments). Donate to charities and help others whenever you can. When you do good and be good to others, good will come back to you (that was good, right?).
Educate yourself on new topics you’d like to learn about just for fun by hitting up Google or your local library (Google is my friend). I once watched an entire astronomy course on YouTube because I adore space.
Get out and exercise a few days a week if you can, it’ll do you good. If there’s anything you know you can cut back on food or drink wise, please do that for your health and don’t wait until an organ starts having slight pains (not writing this from personal experience at all). Drink enough water every day. “Enough” is different for everyone, it depends on your weight (download water drinking apps or Google it), but at the very least, drink as much as you can every day without going overboard.
Keep your room/home clean, organized and pretty. It will actually make you feel good about yourself and like you can accomplish anything (no wonder I’ve been feeling like shit lately).
If you have any way of bringing some positivity into the world, online or off, please do it because it’ll make you feel good and happy as well as others (I no longer feel like shit ;-P)
